For women and girls
Like many women, I was born into the modern world without a true education on what it means to be a woman; without rites of passage, without guidance on the wisdom of our bodies.
This lack of education about our female biology is not a small omission; it’s part of a larger imbalance affecting humanity and the Earth. From mental and spiritual crises to global conflict, disconnection from our true nature plays a role. Many indigenous prophecies and even modern scientists speak of this pivotal moment in time: the survival of life on Earth depends on us remembering our place within the web of nature.
When a woman is disconnected from her natural design; her creativity, intuition, spiritual connection, and sense of belonging; this imbalance ripples out into her health, her relationships, her children, and future generations. But when we remember, reweave, and reclaim… A new harmony is possible.
Restoring a harmonious relationship with our bodies, creativity, a sense of connection and safety with others, daily habits, the Earth, is a greatest gift we can offer to ourselves, that will ripple out in our lives for the better.
