Like many women, I was born into the modern world without a true education on what it means to be a woman; without rites of passage, without guidance on the wisdom of our bodies, and without a deep honouring of our sensitivity, intuition, and power.

This lack of feminine-rooted education is not a small omission; it’s part of a larger imbalance affecting humanity and the Earth. From mental and spiritual crises to global conflict, disconnection from our true nature plays a role. Many indigenous prophecies and even modern scientists speak of this pivotal moment in time: the survival of life on Earth depends on us remembering our place within the web of nature.

When a woman is disconnected from her natural design; her creativity, intuition, spiritual connection, and sense of belonging; this imbalance ripples out into her health, her relationships, her children, and future generations. But when we remember, reweave, and reclaim… A new harmony is possible.

A woman disconnected from her inherent right and natural design, of being connected to community, connection, creativity, connection to spirit, impacts herself, her relationships, her children, and the health of the future generations. Restoring a harmonious relationship with our bodies, creativity, a sense of connection and safety with others, daily habits, the Earth, is a greatest gift we can offer to ourselves, that will ripple out in our lives for the better.
