I am a woman devoted to the sacred, a guide for women walking the path of inner union, feminine embodiment, and soul remembrance. Born into the modern world, I have journeyed deeply to connect ; with my body, my spirit, and the ancestral rhythms pulsing within us all.

Along the way, I have had the profound honor of learning from Indigenous elders, sitting in ceremony, and remembering the timeless wisdom carried by the Earth and the womb. I am a student of the School of Secrets, founded by medicine woman Carmen Vicente in Ecuador, and a Moon Dancer under the guidance of Abuela Ana Itzapapalotl in Costa Rica. These sacred paths have shaped my walk with reverence and devotion.

I see myself as a bridge between worlds ; holding space where spirit and structure, ancient and modern, mystical and grounded meet.

I envision a world where women are deeply connected to the sacred in their lives; where returning to the sacred restores a beautiful relationship with mind, body, and spirit. Women are seen, supported, and witnessed in their most important moments. They are connected to their inherent right and natural design: to community, creativity, and spirit : rippling out to themselves, their relationships, children, and future generations.

Restoring harmony with our bodies, creativity, daily rhythms, and the Earth is one of the greatest gifts we can offer ourselves. A nurtured and witnessed woman is a source of profound wisdom and creation, supporting life on Earth in its highest expression. This gift touches not only her life but the lineage before her and the generations to come.

I also envision healthy communities : a gathering of beings supporting one another through grounded spiritual insight, heart-stories, and reverence for ourselves, our true nature, and the Earth.

This vision is why I created Remembrance: a space where people can access supportive offerings drawn from my studies and experience, and connect with living teachings through the podcast.

What fills my heart with joy is knowing this world is changing for the better and I am wholeheartedly here for it.
